[Bioperl-l] Bio::Tools::Run::WrapperBase: Capture the command that is executed?

Hi Ben and Mark,

I agree that an easy way to query the parameters passed to IPC::Run
would be nice for debugging, but is it really necessary for a fairly
limited set of use cases? - 'perl -d' does a very nice job of allowing
this kind of thing.
