[Bioperl-l] basic questions

This is an instance where 'use strict' would have shown the problem  
right away.  You left off your constructor call:

my $all_collection = Bio::Restriction::EnzymeCollection;

should be

my $all_collection = Bio::Restriction::EnzymeCollection->new;
