Hi bioperlers Does anyone know of a module which handles the conversion of multiple alignment cigar line format(multiple strings with M and D's but no I's) cigar line data to a pairwise format (one string with M,D and I's). SimpleAlign doesn't seem to do what I want :\ Cheers Nath
