Gyorgy,
Yes, there's a script in the scripts/seqstats/ directory called gccalc.PLS
that will do this.

Subject: [Bioperl-l] CpG frequency
Dear All,
I am a biologiist with quite "moderate" knowledge in bioinformatics. I
would like to ask whether a script for estimating CpG frequencies (no.
of CG pairs/no. of nucleotides) in files containing several DNA
sequences (fasta format) exist in the bioperl database.
Thanking you in advance.
kind regards,
Gyorgy Abrusan
