[Bioperl-l] RemoteBlast/Sim4

Please help!!!
Two questions:
-on RemoteBlast, I want to blast against EST only, but
when I put -data=> 'gbEST' or anything else it still
does regular blast

-I want to use Sim4, is there a bioperl module (I know
there are parsers but can I use the actual tool)!!
