[Bioperl-l] [Bioperl-] Alignment Score for ClustalW using the factory

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to capture/record the alignment score
from a clustalw run, when you use the Bio::Tools::Run::Alignment::Clustalw
module. It seems to me that the results only get sent to the screen.
