[Bioperl-l] Bio::Tools::Phylo::Phylip::ProtDist module: warning message for bootstrapped data file

Hi Shawn,

While I am reading datafile from protdist for bootstrapped data, I always
get the warning message:

-------------------- WARNING ---------------------
MSG: The number of entries 28 is not the same 0
---------------------------------------------------

Looks like the $size variable is never set, for some reason. I know that I
can just ignore this and go ahead. But does this mean anything?
