[Bioperl-l] xyplot weirdness

Hi Tobias,

You might try updating to the version of bioperl-live I checked in about three 
weeks ago.  There were quite a few bugs in the xyplot glyph that I quashed.  
However, you might as well send along a dataset and config file that 
reproduces the problem and I'll work on it here too.
