[Bioperl-l] SearchIO, last hit in blast report dropped

Can the fix be back-ported to the 1.2 branch?

I just committed a couple of ontologyIO-related fixes to both HEAD and 
stable branch. Nothing serious. Still, I think what has accumulated is 
worth targeting 1.2.2 before BOSC.
