[Bioperl-l] Primer design?

Bio/Tools/Primer3 is an interface to the primer3 program, but it's a bit
puzzling, since it refers to another module that's not in Bioperl,
CSM::primer3. Perhaps this module is not complete yet?

You might be better off using primer3 directly, or some other tool.
