Hi Paul,

I missed this thread the first time around, but it just resurfaced.

I've written a subclass of Bio::SeqFeature::Generic which I called 
Bio::SeqFeature::Identifiable which uses an MD5 digest to create a 
content--based identifier for a sequence...  I'm getting it ready to 
submit now.  It sounds like there's some overlap with your 
LocallyIdentifiableI interface?  If so, I'd love to tie into that... 
 Could you please let me know when a draft of the 
LocallyIdentifiableI.pm module is available so I could start making my 
code work with it?
