I am trying to install bioperl. But I am unable to find some dependancies like IO::Scalar HTTP::Request::Common XML::Parser::PerlSAX srsperl.pm LWP::UserAgent I would really appriciate it if somebody could let me know where I can find the above modules. Thanks, Sunitha.
