[Bioperl-l] Bio::Graphics::Glyph::translation magnification??

Sorry it took such a long time to answer your e-mail.  Oddly enough, there is 
NO way to force high or low magnification.  It always goes into high 
magnification mode when there is enough room to draw the amino acids.  I can 
fix this with an option, but it won't be available until bioperl 1.3.
