[Bioperl-l] Bio::DB::Genbank Problem

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is a bug in the conventional meaning of the word:
For about two days I'm not able to use the Bio::DB::GenBank module to 
retrieve Data from NCBI.
It works neither in my script (which until now has always worked fine) 
nor in the bptutorial.pl Example 1.
This is reproducible on my machine, on our server and on the machine of 
a friend (on another Internet connection).

Is this a load-problem at NCBI, did they change something?
Can you reproduce this?
I use bioperl 1.0 on an OS X machine, the friend uses 1.0 on Linux
