[Bioperl-l] Makefile.PL

ugh - but then people can't tell the difference if they have bioperl 1.2.0
or 1.2.1 or 1.2.2 installed?
On the branch there is no way to tell then what version you have
installed.... I don't remember how Allen's stuff was suppposed to work in
terms of testing version number?
