[Bioperl-l] SSEARCH Module needed?

Hi!

In the last time I worked a little bit with SSEARCH (local running and
local databases) and have written some Perl scripts for this. I also
started to learn OOP in Perl and I am now looking for an interesting
project to improve my skills. The coding of a small SSEARCH interface has
already started by using the ClustalW and TCoffee Modules as a basis. So I
would like to ask if such a SSEARCH Module is needed in Bioperl. There is
none, yet, or am I wrong?
