[Bioperl-l] Stupid questions

Hi!

I'm new around here and I'm new to bioperl, which means I'm entitled to ask 
stupid questions. Today, for my first day at the list, I have one question:

-- I can run BLAST on a remote server and retrieve the results, but how do 
I save them to a file? I can save a blast report to file as HTML (using the 
Bio::SearchIO::Writer::HTMLResultWriter module) but how do I save it in 
plain text? Also, how do I open a blast report from a file saved in HTML, I 
get an error?
