[Bioperl-l] results of make test on bioperl-live w/ OpenBSD 3.1, Perl 5.6.1 and few dependencies installed

This was a bug in write_seq(). Fixed. (What's the trick to have -w 
on when you make test? Somehow it's not on on my machine by default.)
