[Bioperl-l] Bug Question

I am not in any way involved with the development of Bioperl, but I have 
found some bugs.  I have tried to e-mail bioperl-bugs@bio.perl.org but the 
messages are getting kicked back.

Does anyone on this list know what a fellow should do when he stumbles 
across bugs?
