[Bioperl-l] Bio::Tools::Run::StandAloneBlast on a cluster?

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone has done anything towards a script that
utilises Bio::Tools::Run::StandAloneBlast on a cluster (or made mods to
StandAloneBlast.pm that would make such a thing transparent)?
