[Bioperl-l] tutorial and demo not working

Hi guys,

will have a look into this, I was going to run demos and tutorials while
training some of my people in bioperl and realized they are both not
working. bptutorial.pl doesn't compile and examples/bioperl.pl seems out
of date with files missing,etc.

Will check what is going on, just wanted to know if it was a known bug...
