Sorry to bother you again. But do I have to download EMBOSS to make
it work or sth? I double check the doc and it mentions nothing about
embossversion in path. I tried Pise. What happened is the expat.tar.gz
file can not get gunzipped cuz of some CRC error. any hint? Thank you
