[Bioperl-l] depreciated methods in PrimarySeq

Bio::PrimarySeqI contains some depreciated methods from the times of bioperl
v0.5. These should be removed before 1.0 is out. I can not imagine anyone
objecting but posted this anyway...

Also, can anyone remember any other depreciated methods in any other 
class? Now is time to get rid of them!
