[Bioperl-l] bioperl - must it have mysql to work?

Bioperl "core" - the released bioperl has no dependancies on mysql.


you have been using bioperl-db here, which does have a dependancy.


In the future bioperl-db will work with both mysql and postgres.



What do you want to do? Are you sure you want to use bioperl-db?
