[Bioperl-l] local db fetch

Hi,

We have standalone blast set up, I wanted to fetch some sequences from there
rather than ncbi, to place in a separate file.  I saw the
blast_fetch_local.pl script, but since I am obtuse, I wasn't sure how to
fetch the files used for standalone blast.
