[Bioperl-l] Pasteur bioperl course upgrade

Hi,

We have upgraded our bioperl course to bioperl version 1.0:
http://www.pasteur.fr/recherche/unites/sis/formation/bioperl/

Thanks to Katja, the course is now based on docbook, so that a PDF version is also
available (http://www.pasteur.fr/recherche/unites/sis/formation/bioperl/support.pdf)

Except for the upgrade to bioperl 1.0, the content has not changed, but has been
reorganized by topics (instead of schedule).

Thanks in advance for bug reports (both technical and regarding English :-))
