[Bioperl-l] timing out blast jobs in StandAloneBlast.

Hello,

Has anyone ever tried to timeout a BLAST job that was kicked off by
StandAloneBlast?  The various methods I have tried, tend to kill the whole
program rather than the current Blast that is running.
