[Bioperl-l] What to do with the DBGFF tests...

The prompt for the DBGFF tests is really nice but it does mean that people
have to wait around and hit return there --- I have a feeling that
automatically skipping over them if we can't find the right
modules (ie, DBI is not installed) is probably a better idea.
