I know what you mean. For what it's worth, the prompt is consistent with the
way that the LWP, Term::Key and Term::ReadLine modules also make you stop and
answer a bunch of questions. I like the idea of a compromise that skips the
test entirely if the DBI modules are not installed, but
continue to ask intrusive questions if it finds it can run the tests.
