[Bioperl-l] Request

Dear members,
I am in the process of learning perl and I realise that it is going to
take a while for me to develop some decent skills in it. Meanwhile, I
immediately need
a couple of perl scripts that may be in use (actually i am sure somebody
would have done it already) to run multiple sequence files through the
following Gene identification programs:-
1. Genscan
2. Glimmer
3. Morgan
4. GeneSplicer

I'd be extremely thankful to anybody out there who can help me in this
matter as I am running out of time.
