[Bioperl-l] windows+ppm user dev needed

We need someone to package up the PPMs for bioperl 1.2 and test them out.
Bugs have been reported in using PPM3 as well with the current setup.
I've done this in the past but would to pass the torch to someone who uses
windows+active state.

It should be fairly simple, I found all the docs on the activestate pages
and you can do all the testing on a local machine running an ftp or
webserver before we upload the working pkgs to the bioperl website.
