We can/should make this a 1.2 showstopper (ie, all mentions of
Bio::Tools::Blast over to Bio::SearchIO). I think we are experiencing a
"nice" shakedown of Bio::SearchIO by people finding bugs/cornor cases, and
by 1.2 it will be closer to taking on the brunt of people's parsing.



But for the moment the 1.0 series is the stable series, and there one does
have a choice of three BLAST parsers, with (in my view) BPlite currently
the stablest and most robust.


There is where we should point users with the caveat that we think
Bio::SearchIO is the way of the future.
