[Bioperl-l] primer3, SeqIO::primer3, PrimedSeq, and SeqFeature::Primer

I had actually favored Bio::SeqIO since it does contain a series of 
sequences in an abstract sense (namely those for which the primers 
were designed), but under Bio::Tools may indeed be better since it's 
not a generally used sequence format per se. Directory 
Bio::Tools::Primer?
