[Bioperl-l] web interface parsers

Hi all, 

Are pple interested in putting drivers for web interfaces in bioperl? 

I was trying to get hold of a program called ATGpr but was unable to do
so. http://www.hri.co.jp/atgpr

And what it does is predict the ATG site based on Kozak's criteria. 

If pple think it's useful, I'll cvs commit code. Both the driver (into
Bio::DB on Bioperl live) and the runnable (into bioperl-run )


What the driver does is make a connection and then get the result which
is parsed into an array of Bio::SeqFEature::Generic objects
