[Bioperl-l] Wrapping logs from Bioinformati analysis

Hi all,

Recently I've posted one blog on http://nodalpoint.org about
"Keeping track of what was done." where I asks how to log your analysis 
before the question "What was the database you used?" and so on...
I think that most bioinformatist that works under pressure has the same 
problem. After some very good posts one Anonymous guy posted about 
wrappers he used at work to log what tool were used, the paramenters and 
more.
I think this a excellent idea, I wonder if someone has something similar.
