[Bioperl-l] Journals and bioperl - any prior publication problems?

Has anyone on the list had any problems with adding modules or code to
bioperl and then having a journal reject papers on the basis of prior
publication?

I ask as I am about to add Unigene modules to bioperl and the research group
I am part of has asked me to check on this list to see if anyone has run
into problems. The code I am adding to bioperl is only a part of our overall
method, that which we hope to publish.
