[Bioperl-l] my first attempt at a bioperl RPM

Hi folks,

This RPM file was built from one of my home systems which may not be the 
ideal situation since I had most of the dependencies and an upgraded 
perl 5.6.1 installed already.

Regardless it would be interesting to see if people have any success 
with this file. Any testers?

I'll have a chance over the next few weeks to work on many 'virgin' 
RedHat 7.2 systems. I'll rebuild from a clean system if this looks like 
it may work out acceptably.
