[Bioperl-l] Tasks for programmer volunteers

If you'd like to help bioperl but aren't comfortable with this biology
stuff =)

  * override the MakeMaker methods to split up the
    the generated fields in the makefile so that the makefile will run on
    IRIX and other OSes - we have so many modules it can't fit the whole
    list in the cmdline buffer on those systems.

  * make an RPM for installing bioperl + directions so we can doing it
    easily when building a release.
