The situation now isn't really consequent (to we want to be consequent
anyway :) ).

We have

     AnnSeqIO
     MapIO
     SearchIO
     SeqIO
     TreeIO

but also

Bio::LiveSeq::IO
     Variation::IO
     Structure::IO
     Biblio::IO
