[Bioperl-l] 0.7.1 tests; Bio::Index::* stuff

Using Compaq Alpha and perl 5.0004 all tests pass on the branch


In fact - the t/Index.t failed, but this wasn't bioperl/perl's fault - we
had a faulty DB_File installation. In the testing phase I think it would
be better to use the "comes with Perl" SDDM_File implementation, rather
than the DB_File implementation (agreed? Or not...?) 


I have changed this in Index.t - is this ok to commit jason on branch and
head?


We also leave around all the Wibbl.* files from this test. Should I unlink
them? Is there a standard X-platform way to unlink (does unlink work?) for
these guys?
