[Bioperl-l] bug parsing Expect(2) in BPLite

I have run into a problem where the Expectancy value in a tblastx search
is reported as Expect(2) rather than Expect. This is not picked up by the
parser and I am not quite sure where to find the parser. It is probably a
very quick fix (adding (?:\(2))? to the regular expression used to parse
the report).

Any hints on where to find this parser so I can fix it?
