I would be willing to at least contribute to an OS X installation 
instruction page, probably in about two weeks, after I'm finished with a 
little busy stretch. Most of the external dependencies (Clustal, 
T-Coffee, XML stuff, Blast, pSW, etc.) do require 'make' modifications 
on OS X, so other OS X folks out there must be going through some of the 
frustrations that I have experienced.
