[Bioperl-l] t/data

Okay this is done.  1 test is failing due to changes in sorting in
t/Location.t and the Bio::Location::Split module.  Am looking at what
should be the correct output here.

please do 
% cvs update -dP

to insure you get the new directory 't/data' created in your checkout
version.

We'll need to fold this into tutorials so people don't get confused.
