[Bioperl-l] BPlite: query name

Bug #935 is fixed thanks to Steve Lane. I see an additional
problem here, that doesn't seem to have bothered people so far
though: the query name in the report has the length added, and
this ends up in the query name:

e.g. Query=gi|1401126 (504 letters) 
leads $hsp->query->seqname() returning the full string, including
the number of letters, instead of 'gi|1401126' only.

Do people think this makes sense? Does anyone already depend on
this behaviour?
