[Bioperl-l] Candidate 0.6.2 release out.

I have put up a candidate 0.6.2 release at

ftp://bio.perl.org/pub/birney/bioperl-0.6.2pre2.tar.gz

Please could interested parties download and test it. We are in the final
process of tidying up the 0.6.2 release - this should be out by October
1st. We are most interested in 

	(a) documentation errors 

	(b) scripts which worked with 0.6 or 0.6.1 but not with 0.6.2


Many thanks to the developers who put in hard work to solve these
problems: Hilmar Lapp, Lorenz Pollack, Peter van heusden, Jason Stajich
and James Gilbert. 0.6.2 looks like a really clean, bug free release
(unlike 0.6.1!)
