[Bioperl-l] ORF finder

Hi all,

I just went through the bioperl files and was wondering whether there is an
ORF finder module available.

Also, to index a sequence  by it's position (as in the following):

ATCGATCGCGGGTTATAT
1  4  7  10 13 16

are there modules to do the indexing?
