[Bioperl-l] cvs stuff

Firstly, I have changed the cvs notification on bioperl-guts-l to
actually have the log message (hurray!). This means these messages will be
much more useful


Secondly, as people have learnt, to fix bugs on the branch you need to
check out the branch with a 

cvs -d <yadda-yadda> co -r branch-06 -d bioperl-stable-06-branch bioperl-live
