Hi all! I've just added/comitted an experimental (not tested yet) module in Bio/DB for retrieving sequences from different SRS indexed databases. You can run SRS either locally or via http (using the LWP modules). I wrote this for Hilmar and Markus but perhaps someone else could need it or has some suggestions... greetings, Lorenz
