[Bioperl-l] Namespace for the DrawableBioSeq?

ok. you need to set up a directory looking like
bioperl-gui/Makefile.PL
/README
/Bio/Tk/SeqCanvas.pm
basically how you want to see it. *Make sure* this looks good because you
wont be able to easily go back on this next step, which is to go:
ftp stuff to bioperl (easier I find to do this locally)
cd into bioperl-gui
go *from inside bioperl-gui*
cvs -d /home/repository/bioperl import bioperl-gui pbi_nrc start
(The last two tags are vendor tags and release tags. they are not
important)
Then eh voila - one cvs repository called bioperl-gui... ;)
