Bioperl: libgd and bioperl

You are right. Since long time (actually) GD from Boutell has been
withdrawn.
Alternatives that I know are:

-gimp (www.gimp.org)
-qt-2.00 (www.troll.no)
-imagemagick (ftp.wizards.dupont.com)

If you know of any one elses ... post it !
